You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a U.S. state where Endurance Health is authorized to provide care. Services are limited to patients physically located in states where our physicians are licensed at the time of service.

Endurance Health offers preventive and performance-based health services, including:

We do not provide emergency medical care, manage complex chronic disease, or prescribe controlled substances or psychotropic medications. Our services are not a replacement for primary care.

3. Pricing and Payment
All services are cash-pay only. While Endurance Health does not bill insurance, you may submit your receipt to your health insurance provider or HSA/FSA administrator for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan's out-of-network or preventive care benefits. Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at time of booking or product purchase.
HSA/FSA eligibility may apply to certain services; consult your plan administrator.

4. Refund Policy

Services may be refunded within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been initiated (e.g., lab orders not submitted, visits not started).

Once services begin (lab order placed, physician review started, or messaging initiated), purchases are non-refundable.

Rx visits and lab draws are non-refundable once rendered.

Physical merchandise (e.g., apparel) is final sale.
