Refund Policy

At Endurance Health, we strive to provide transparent, high-quality, and patient-centered care. Because our services are delivered in a direct-pay, non-insurance model and often involve clinical review or third-party coordination (e.g., lab orders), we ask that you review the following refund terms carefully before purchasing.

General Policy
 

We offer full or partial refunds under limited conditions, outlined below. Due to the personalized nature of healthcare services, many offerings become non-refundable once they have been initiated, even if results or deliverables have not yet been received by the patient.

Eligibility for Refunds
 

✅ Full Refund Eligibility
 

You may receive a full refund if all of the following are true:

  • The request is made within 24 hours of purchase

  • No lab orders have been submitted

  • No clinical intake or review has occurred

  • No telehealth visit or messaging interaction with a physician has started
     

Partial Refunds
 

In certain cases, we may issue a partial refund if only some services have been initiated. For example:

  • If a lab order has been placed, but the patient decides not to complete the draw, a partial refund may be issued minus a $30 administrative fee

  • If secure messaging with a physician has begun but a visit has not occurred, the messaging component may be prorated or non-refundable

  • If a bundle is purchased and part of the bundle is used (e.g., the telehealth visit is completed but not the labs), only unused components may be eligible for a partial refund
     

Non-Refundable Items
 

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Completed telehealth visits (even if a prescription is not provided)

  • Lab draw fees paid directly to the laboratory

  • Completed lab interpretations

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations without prior 24-hour notice

  • Physical merchandise, including apparel (e.g., Endurance Health T-shirts), unless defective upon arrival
     

Service Modifications & Rescheduling
 

  • Telehealth visits may be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance

  • If you miss a scheduled visit without prior notice, you may be required to pay a rebooking fee or forfeit the visit
     

Third-Party Services
 

We do not control third-party lab partners (e.g., Quest, Labcorp) and are not responsible for delays or issues that arise once you are referred to or utilize their services. Any disputes related to lab billing or lab access should be directed to the lab provider.

  • Date of purchase

  • Description of services purchased

  • Reason for refund request
     

Refunds will be reviewed within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
