Legal & Privacy

1. Medical Disclaimer

  • The content on this website is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • No content or service should be interpreted as medical care for emergencies or chronic disease management.

  • We do not offer primary care, urgent care, or emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

2. Scope of Practice

Endurance Health is a performance and preventive health service. Our services include:

  • Physician-reviewed lab testing and interpretation

  • Secure asynchronous messaging (when included in plan)

  • Personalized health and lifestyle optimization planning

  • Non-controlled prescription management (if clinically appropriate)

We do not:

  • Prescribe controlled substances (e.g., opioids, benzodiazepines, stimulants)

  • Manage psychiatric conditions or prescribe psychotropics

  • Function as your primary care provider

  • Guarantee prescription fulfillment or treatment recommendations

3. No Provider-Patient Relationship Until Confirmed

A formal provider-patient relationship is not established until:

  • You have completed the intake and consent process

  • Your intake has been reviewed and accepted by a licensed Endurance Health physician

  • Your identity and state location have been verified

We reserve the right to decline service if clinical appropriateness or licensure limitations prevent us from safely providing care.

4. State Licensing & Service Availability

Our physicians are only authorized to treat patients physically located in states where they are licensed at the time of service. You agree to truthfully disclose your location during any encounter.

It is your responsibility to maintain compliance with your state’s telemedicine laws. Services may not be available in all states.

5. No Insurance Billing

Endurance Health operates on a cash-pay, direct-to-consumer model. We do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.
Patients may request itemized receipts (superbills) for submission to their insurer, HSA, or FSA provider—but reimbursement is not guaranteed.

6. Payment, Refunds, and Charges

By using our services, you agree to our Refund Policy and understand that:

  • Payment is due at the time of service

  • Lab draw fees are separate and paid directly to partner labs

  • Missed or late appointments may be non-refundable

Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Messaging & Visit Limitations

  • Asynchronous messaging is designed for follow-up questions, brief clarifications, and low-acuity concerns.

  • It is not a substitute for a full telehealth visit or detailed new evaluations.

  • We reserve the right to request a visit or escalate any issue we feel cannot be appropriately managed through messaging.

📧 8. Privacy & HIPAA Compliance

All personal health information is handled in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state privacy laws.
We use secure platforms for communication (e.g., Spruce). For full details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Endurance Health and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use our services

  • Delays in lab processing

  • Errors in third-party platforms or vendors

  • Actions taken by the patient contrary to our guidance

Use of our services is at your own risk and subject to the clinical discretion of our licensed providers.

10. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Legal and Policy page at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
