1. What is Endurance Health?
Endurance Health is a physician-led, cash-pay telehealth service based in Virginia, focused on preventive care, performance optimization, and long-term wellness. We offer curated lab panels, individualized lifestyle plans, and secure access to licensed physicians through modern communication platforms.
2. Do you accept insurance?
No. Endurance Health operates on a transparent, direct-pay model. We do not bill insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. However, most of our services are HSA/FSA eligible, and we provide superbills that patients can submit for potential reimbursement.
3. Can I order lab tests through Endurance Health?
Yes. We offer preventive and specialty lab panels. Patients in Virginia may access lab orders after completing an intake process. Lab draws are performed at third-party lab partners such as Labcorp. Note that lab draw fees are not included in most plans.
4. What’s included in the Essentials Track?
The Essentials Track ($79) includes:

Secure physician messaging for lab interpretation

Personalized lifestyle coaching and plan

Endurance Health performance T-shirt
Prescription access is not included in this plan but can be added via a separate telehealth consultation ($79). Follow-up visits are also billed separately.
5. How does prescription access work?
Prescription access is available:

Essentials Track: Requires a separate $79 telehealth visit for initial prescribing

Performance and Longevity Tracks: Prescription access is included as part of the membership
Refill requests may require an additional visit or updated lab work, depending on clinical judgment and membership level. We do not prescribe controlled substances or psychotropic medications.
6. Can you treat chronic conditions?
We do not manage complex chronic diseases, but we may initiate or assist with basic management of non-complex conditions such as:

Mild to moderate hypertension

Non–insulin dependent type 2 diabetes

Hyperlipidemia
Ongoing disease management should be coordinated with your primary care provider.
7. What’s included in the Performance and Longevity Tracks?

Performance Track ($189): Includes everything in Essentials plus one included telehealth visit, secure messaging access for 2–3 weeks, and access to advanced lab options

Longevity Track ($299): Includes two physician visits (intake + follow-up), full-year secure messaging, 6-month lab recheck, and one refill visit waived
8. Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Most services, including lab testing and telehealth visits, are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. We provide itemized receipts and superbills upon request.
9. Do you serve patients in all states?
At this time, we only serve patients located in Virginia. You must be physically present in Virginia at the time of service to receive care.
10. Is my information secure?
Yes. We use Spruce, a HIPAA-compliant platform, for all patient communications and care coordination. We do not use unsecured email or SMS for any personal health information.
